Patrick Goudeau

As one of the most sought after fitness professionals in the world, Patrick Goudeau is a dynamic instructor/trainer whose unique style and creativity ranks among the best in the business. Once you’ve experienced his energy and that contagious enthusiasm, you too will understand why his knowledge and expertise are requested throughout the United States and to more than 30 countries and counting!
Patrick received his BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin where his active lifestyle began as a collegiate cheerleader. In his quest to pursue fitness full-time, Patrick moved to Los Angeles in the summer of 1988 after a much applauded beginning in Dallas, Texas where he first learned to teach group fitness classes.
As the 1990 U.S. National Aerobic Champion in the team category, he performed at the WHITE HOUSE for President George H.W. Bush and presented his award winning aerobics routine on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. He went on to compete in the 1991 and 1993 World Aerobic Championships, taking home the silver and bronze medals respectively. Serving as the host/emcee for such events as the National Aerobic Championships, the Triple-A International Grand Finals and the Future of Fitness competition, he keeps the audience in stitches with his dry wit and quick comebacks!! He also spent two rewarding years performing in the chorus of “The Flintstones Show”, LIVE at Universal Studios Hollywood!
